This Limited Edition Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is hand harvested and cluster sorted to ensure that only the cleanest and most ripe fruit were selected. Complex and intense, displaying flavours of peach, pear, cream and spice on a soft, rich and full palate. Perfect with roasted chicken, cream based pastas or grilled salmon.
